Modern Mommy Gift Boxes are designed to give new mamas information, inspiration, and a little love as they start their motherhood journeys. We pair the valuable guidance they need with the cutest, curated babywear and toys we’ve found. We know new parents don’t need unnecessary gear—they need credible advice and want timeless pieces to commemorate their babies’ births. 

Clothing and accessory products are specific to new babies, with clothing sized newborn or zero to three months. Toys and developmental accessory items span the first twelve months. We include a variety of different products, including baby toys, baby accessories, development products and self-care finds. Can I send a Modern Mommy Gift Box as a gift to someone else?

No problem! Just enter their address in the “ship to” section and let us know it’s a gift by sending us a message in the “special instructions” section. We’ll make sure it gets delivered without billing info or pricing attached. 

Do you have gift cards available?

Absolutely! Click here!  Gift card sales are final and not refundable. We’ll deliver your gift card immediately via email.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are typically be processed within 1-5 Business Days. You can check the status of your order in your account. 

Why aren’t all of your products organic or hand-made?

The majority of the products we select are organic or hand-made but safety is our highest priority. Each baby toy or non-clothing product has it’s own safety information and guidelines attached. 

Do I need to sign up for a subscription to order your box?

Nope! Modern Mommy Gift Boxes are one-time purchases. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll keep you up-to-date on special, seasonal box discounts as you shop for all the new mamas in your life. 

Can I purchase products in the boxes separately on your site?

Yes! Follow us on social @modernmommydoc as we build our box options. Let us know which products you love best!

Do you take returns?

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with any box, send it back and we will happily process a store credit.
  • Requests for credit must be made directly to Modern Mommy Doc at info@modernmommydoc.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Please include the name of the box you are looking to return. Once we receive your returned item (typically within 14 business days), we will issue store credit in the amount paid for the returned product. Return shipping costs to Modern Mommy Doc are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees, and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 30 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.

 

What if I receive a defective product or my box came damaged?

Let us know immediately with pictures of the damaged product(s) by emailing us at info@modernmommydoc.com. We will ship you a replacement immediately if the product is in stock. If it is not, then you will receive store credit (value at Modern Mommy Doc’s discretion). Reported damaged products reports will be accepted only within 30 days of the delivery date.

Can I use multiple discount codes for my box?  

No. One discount code per customer is allowed.

Win a giveaway?  

All winners of a giveaway must redeem their gift within 30 days of winning the giveaway.  Modern Mommy Doc will contact the winner within 7 days of a contest ending via email or direct message in social media with specific directions on how to redeem the giveaway coupon or code.  Modern Mommy Doc is not responsible if the winner does not respond in time for the code to be redeemed.  If the winner does not respond or the giveaway code is not redeemed within 30 days the promotion code will expire and no longer be valid.  Additionally, giveaway winners CANNOT apply any coupon codes towards their purchase.

If I have a product idea or replacement in mind, what do I do?

We’d love to hear from you!  Send your product recommendations to info@modernmommydoc.com.  This is a growing company.  We want to grow and use the safest and best products out on the market.  If you’ve found a product you like better than the products currently in our boxes, let us know!

How much does shipping cost and do you ship outside the US?

We don’t ship outside the US at this time. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout for USA orders.
