There are plenty of others out there helping caregivers battle burnout, but most of them aren’t experts in caregiver wellness and the people they care for. I understand both the struggle and the need for science-backed, realistic guidance.
So much of the guidance I see isn’t evidence-based, and only gives tips and tricks without getting to the root cause of burnout for so many caregivers.
