  • WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?

    Tickets go on sale Wednesday, Jan 6, 2021 at 12pm CDT. Sign up for emails to stay up to date.

  • HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS? WHAT DOES A TICKET INCLUDE?

  • CAN I ATTEND IF I LIVE INTERNATIONALLY?

    Whether you live in the US or internationally, you’re welcome to join us at Centered Mamas Live Centered and Strong.


    Programming will be held in central daylight time on Jan 30, 2021.



  • WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND LIVE? CAN I WATCH THE CONFERENCE LATER?

    On demand access is based on the tier of your ticket. 


    General Admission will have access until February  1 @ 11:59 PM CDT

    Premiere will have access until February 6  @ 11:59 PM CDT

    VIP will have access until February 13 @ 11:59 PM CDT


  • ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?

    We have a limited number of scholarships available. Please inquire at support@modernmommydoc.com


  • CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AS A GIFT?

    Yes! Please make two separate purchases, one for you and one for yourself. When you make the second purchase, use the recipient’s email address at checkout. 


    If you are purchasing a gift, but not purchasing for yourself, select 1 ticket and use the recipients email address at checkout. 

  • IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT?

    There are only group discounts available for businesses and corporations, if that’s you, let us know so we can connect you with the right people! Contact us at support@modernmommydoc.com

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO INTERACT WITH THE SPEAKERS?

    Only VIPs will have the opportunity to interact with Dr. Whitney during a lunch Q&A by submitting questions in advance. VIPs will receive an email with details on how to do this. There will be no other opportunities to interact with speakers.


  • CAN I PURCHASE FOR A GROUP?

    You may purchase tickets for a group. Add the number of tickets desired to your cart. Once you complete your purchase, your browser will be redirected to a page to create your login. Follow steps below to give access to your group.


  • IS CLOSED CAPTIONING AVAILABLE?

    Yes there will be closed captioning available.


  • ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?

    Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.


  • WILL THERE BE BREAKS DURING PROGRAMMING?

    There will be an hour lunch break in the middle of programming.


  • HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO CENTERED MAMA CONTENT?

    Immediately after purchasing your ticket, your browser will be redirected to a page where you will complete your registration. Once you log in you’ll have access to all content. If you were unable to complete your registration, follow these steps:

            1) Click here or go to leaderpass.com.

            2) Enter your email address you used to purchase your ticket and create your password.

            3) Follow the instructions given until you’re logged into the Centered Mamas Live Portal by Leaderpass.


    If you completed registration and just want to login, follow these steps:

            2) Click here or go to leaderpass.com and select ‘Log in’ or ‘I already have a LeaderPass Account’

            3) Enter the email address you used to purchase your ticket and enter your password.


  • WILL I GET A WORKBOOK?

    If you purchased a VIP or Premiere ticket you’ll be able to download your workbook from the Centered Mamas Live Portal by Leaderpass. If you’re General Admission, find a notebook/paper, pen and get ready for note taking!



  • WHAT TIME IS PROGRAMMING?

    Programming will begin at 9am CDT


  • IS THERE A FACEBOOK GROUP I CAN JOIN?

    If you purchased a VIP or Premiere ticket, we’ll add you to our Modern Mommy Doc Community Private Facebook group.


  • CAN I UPGRADE TO PREMIERE OR VIP?

    To upgrade your ticket, please contact our customer support team at support@modernmommydoc.com



  • HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS?

    On Demand access is based on the tier of your ticket. 


    General Admission will have access until February  1 @ 11:59 PM CDT

    Premiere will have access until February 6  @ 11:59 PM CDT

    VIP will have access until February 13 @ 11:59 PM CDT


  • I ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED MULTIPLE TIERS WITH 1 EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Tickets are non-refundable* or transferable. But no worries, if you accidentally purchased 1 Premiere and 1 General ticket (as an example), email our customer support team at support@modernmommydoc.com


    We’ll refund the ticket tier* you’re not interested in.


    *We cannot refund VIP ticket since the completion of that purchase automatically triggers us sending you a VIP Swagbox
